Return Policy

Damaged products can be returned within 30 days.

How to start the return process:

Please contact Exclusively Holistic  ,send your name, phone number, and order information along with photo attachment(s) of the damaged product.

Products Damaged in Shipping

Generally, shipments are damaged by the transport & mishandling of the package by the postal service (such as the United States Postal Service).

Return of supplements from Microbiome Labs:

In order to start the return process of damaged products from Microbiome Labs we need a picture of the damaged shipment, or proof of missing product(s) and the tracking number (if possible) so that we can put in an official claim with the mail delivery service.

All other products ordered through my website exclusivelyholistic.com have their own return policy. Please go to the website you ordered it from and look for their return policy.

As soon as we receive your picture of the damaged shipment – we will send out a replacement product or issue you a 100% refund at your request. In order to refund you the purchase price, we need the email address you used when you placed the order.

If you are eligible for a replacement of the supplement, produced by Microbiome Labs, you ordered, we will provide you with the shipping address to send your damaged product(s) to.  When you ship the product back for a refund, please apply a tracking number of your package and safeguard it.

If the tracking information shows that the product has been delivered, and you cannot prove damage – we are unable to process refunds.

The amount that can be refunded for the damaged product is the price you paid for, including tax (if applicable). For example, if you purchased a product with a coupon code for a discount of the original price, we will refund you the amount you paid (including the discount).

Please contact us via email ,send your name, phone number, and order information along with photo attachment(s).

Shipping will not be refunded; return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Carriers have their own policies in regard to claims of lost packages. Please check with USPS in regard to claims of lost or damaged packages.

When you get notification from the postal service that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact USPS. Shipments that have been marked as “delivered” can not be refunded or replaced.

New to Microbiome Labs products:

If you are new to the Microbiome Labs products Linda Wilbert – Stewart can provide you with dosage recommendations outside of the normal dosage recommendations listed on this website with products from Microbiome Labs. To receive those please send an email to Linda and include your symptoms and diseases you have been diagnosed with.

If you are in the care of a health practitioner that recommended those products, you need to rely on his/her dosage recommendations.

We collect personal data from you, which you provide to us when you sign up for the free E-Newsletter, fill out the contact form on this website, sign up for a free or paid online course or video, or book an appointment with Linda Wilbert – Stewart.

By filling out the forms provided on this website, you consent to our use of such. We will not sell third party information at any time.

We are using your email address to contact you after you ordered a supplement through the website exclusivelyholistic dot com or you booked a consultation. This is being done in order to provide you with more and helpful information you need such as shipping status and how the consultation will take place.

We are collecting your personal data when you purchase or sign up for the free video courses or online courses, which are located on a free membership site. The information you provide such as your name, email address, user name and password are used to send you the log in information you need to locate the course material you purchased or signed up for. The membership site log-in will collect your computer IP address. 

At no time will your personal data be shared with anyone. We only use your contact information to email you or conduct a phone call. The email is used to send out the E-Newsletter and the phone number is used to call you for a consultation which You booked through the link I provide on my website. In regard to the free membership site: we need your email address in case you lost your log-in information and you requested to resend it to you.
