WOW! I learned so much watching the videos on electrolytes, most of it was new to me. Linda did a fantastic job explaining. I suffer from Hashimoto's and my thyroid hormone levels are usually on the low end. I will try the electrolytes and see if this does the trick because nothing else I tried so far really helped in this regard. The explanation about the mitochondria is also very interesting. In fact, I will try both of the recommendations because they make a lot of sense.
